My name is Hooman and I am a student here in beautiful Norway! I live in a student village in Trondheim, where I am doing my master. I haven't traveled to so many places, but I definitely want to go and visit more countries. I recently set up my account, so I'm quite new to this!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I just set up my account just because I want to travel more and get to know other travelers. I like meeting new people and having good conversations. I'm a open-minded and open to meet and get to know new people. I find people who travel a lot interesting; they always have great stories to tell. I'm looking forward to share my experiences and more importantly to learn from other travels.

Music, Movies, and Books

I have recently started to listen to Passenger. Totally love him. His music is awesome. He is definitely my favorite singer.

I love nonfiction books but recently, university does not leave me enough time to read! I like to list my favorite writer rather than listing books' name. My favorites are: B. Russel, R. Dawkins, G. Chapman, A. de Botton, A. Nasrin, R. Eyrumlu, Zariin Koob, S. Harris, S. Cain, G. Orwell and Nietzsche.

My favorite genre when it comes to movies and TV shows is comedy. I love to laugh! Shows that I am following now are Big Bang Theory, New Girl and Black Mirror. Since I am a huge YouTube fan, I want to make a list of my favorite channels: Big Think, The School of Life, Vox, The Rubin Report, DNews, CollegeHumor, Seeker Daily, SoulPancake. Also, since I am watching hell a lot of late night shows, I am making a list of my favorite one: The Late Show with Stephen Colbert, Team Coco, Last Week Tonight with John Oliver and Real Time with Bill Maher.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I live in a student village and there are three more people living with me in a flat. We have a couch which can be used to sleep on. Also, I have an extra mattress and that can be used to sleep on ground.

Even though I am not Norwegian but I can definitely show you around, if I have time!
