The Taiwanese writer of the book traveled in Europe using Couchsurfing 81 times. She inspired me on how to become more like a local and how to make friends.

I want to immerse myself in the lives of local people, experiencing different ways of life and making new friends while listening to their stories. I hope the hosts can take me to special places that are not mentioned in guidebooks.
