Hello guys, My name's Hugo, i'm 22 years old and i'm french. I come from Bretagne, it is west side from Paris, by the sea. I used to study economic and social but i dropped out school and i went to work as waiter and barman in Manchester, Dublin and Barcelona. And i love it. I wanna work as a chef soon and open my own restaurant at my 30's. I started to travel around the world to discover cultures and different types of food for my own restaurant i'll have later. I really wanna do something different. I'm really concentrated, focus, hardworked and passioned about everything whom help me to be a better person and worker. Why I'm on Couchsurfing
As i'm travelling around on my own i fell like i'll enjoy more sharing experiences with people from where i am. It's a different way to enjoy my travel, much better that going in hotel or Airbnb. I try to escape from other backpackers as i really want to go deep into cultures and life style.
My Interests
I love skating and surfing. I do reading sometimes, i love being in the wild. Specially in the woods or by the sea. I like fishing. I'm really interested into biodiversity. I really wanna use my free time in America Latina to learn the basics of gardening, in electricity or how to build things. I love to take care of animals specially horses. I wanna get there a experience more a farmer style or something much more different that a european life style
