Huma Tanweer is an acclaimed International Author, Columnist, and Motivational Speaker. She was honored with the Asia’s Top 100 Influential Woman Award in 2021 and received the International Literary Award in the “Woman Writer of the Year” category. At just 19, she signed her first book contract with Lambert Academic Publishing, Germany, in 2009, marking the beginning of her literary journey. Her debut book, The Social and Controversial Issues (2010), garnered high praise from notable figures like Salman Rushdie and Shashi Tharoor. Huma is a prolific writer, regularly contributing thought-provoking articles to leading newspapers and prestigious magazines. Her works have appeared in publications such as Hindustan Times, The Hindu, India Today, The Indian Express, Dainik Bhaskar, and Times of India city supplements, among others. She holds a postgraduate degree in Travel and Tourism Administration from Banaras Hindu University and has authored seven books, with her works even being nominated for the International Commonwealth Awards. Throughout her career, Huma has spoken at top universities and institutions as a guest speaker, addressing topics ranging from women’s empowerment to pursuing unconventional career paths. She has been featured on various television programs and panels alongside notable figures such as Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam, Arvind Kejriwal, and Shabana Azmi. Her work has been lauded by global personalities including Shashi Tharoor, Remo D’Souza, Arindam Chaudhuri, Salman Rushdie, Raj Kundra, and Sushmita Sen, earning her recognition as one of the youngest non-fiction authors in the world.
