The chakras are seven main energy centers located along the spine, from the base to the crown of the head, which regulate physical, emotional, and spiritual aspects of the human being. They function as vortices of energy (prana) that, when balanced, promote health and well-being, and blocked, can generate discomfort.

1. Muladhara (Root Chakra): Base of the spine. Red color. Related to survival, stability and security.

2. Svadhisthana (Sacral Chakra): Below the navel. Orange color. Linked to creativity, sexuality and emotions.

3.Manipura (Solar Plexus Chakra): Stomach area. Yellow color. Connected to personal power, self-esteem and willpower.

4.Anahata (Heart Chakra): Center of the chest. Green color. Related to love, compassion, and connection.

Vishuddha (Throat Chakra): Throat. Light blue color. It governs communication, expression and truth.

Ajna (Third Eye Chakra): Between the eyebrows. Indigo/purple color. Associated with intuition, wisdom and perception.

Sahasrara (crown chakra): Crown. Violet or white color. Connect with spirituality and higher consciousness.
