ABOUT ME
I like independence but I'm rather calm. Yet, you should not underestimate my other, much more vibrant side!
I try to be as much self demanding as possible and to be fair with others as I've experienced lots of acceptance and warmth. I'm highly self-defined and I appreciate people who can stick to their convictions too.
PHILOSOPHY
Initially I joined CS because I just wanted to be able to get around the world more easily but after my first experiences I realized that mere traveling and seeing new places is simply not enough. To understand the place you go to best takes more than that. You need someone to pull you in. And CS does just that with amazing, open, kind-hearted people to ready show you their lives, teach you their language and reveal the best of their cultures. The traveling experience is so much richer with that.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
Mostly by traveling but I can also offer a couch at my place in Jaworzno (just one hour by train or bus from Kraków). I always look forward to meeting surfers traveling by and I also get other people involved in CS project. It's four of them already!
COUCH SURFING EXPERIENCE
Nothing really impressive so far. I've been in Malta where, thanks to CS, I spent almost a week. I really enjoyed the time and my host who showed me what it means to be a Couch Surfer. Thanks to CS I was also able to visit some European cities, which was great.
Interests
ART - I studied literature and I really like it. I'm hooked on Caravaggio's painting and some modern authors too.
LANGUAGES - Language is fascinating. For me it's the greatest invention of all times. It's a real fun for me to learn and teach languages.
TRAVELS - They help me find out about myself. I wish I had started traveling earlier.
PEOPLE and their CULTURES - No better way to understand the world.

Music, Movies, and Books
I'm found of world music, especially African but generally I appreciate everything - modern or old-school as long as it's interesting. Lately, I've been trying to get familiar with classical music, without much success though. I like Nolan's and Jarmusch's movies but I'm not much of a movie buff. As for books I stick with old dead classics.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I believe the best things are still to come for me.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach some Polish and literature in general. I know a bit about history, politics and art. Myself - I am always keen on learning languages.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I'm respectful, tidy and easy to get on with. I don't smoke, drink or snore but sure am good fun. I can look after myself if you don't have enough time to accompany me around your city but I'm really into spend more time with my host and getting to know them better even just by helping with some ordinary day-to-day tasks like cooking.
I'm a pretty good listener and a talker too always up for a chat on cultures and languages, ideas and art, travels or politics. I speak English fairly well and Polish is ma native tongue I'd be happy to teach some bits of to anybody.
