Hello!
We are a Hungarian family! One day we decided to travel around Europe and maybe the world. We use workaway to do volunteering and also we would like to try couchsurfing during our journey.
When we come back home we would like to offer our home to couchserfers as well.

Hella: I love gardening and any creativ activity, like sewing, painting, cooking, baking.
I lived in the UK for 13 years where I mainly worked as a nanny and housekeeper and for few years in a hotel as a restaurant manager and receptionist. I belive I’m very flexible, open minded and have an easy way to learn new things.
Studied organic farming briefly and just finished my massage therapist course (swedish, thai, lymph, cellulite)

Csaba: I was a head maintenance of a power module manufacturing and developing company. I worked for this company for 21 years and althought I learned a lot and developed during this time now I would like to live a different kind of life. I love challenging jobs. I'm very friendly and helpfull.
I have two older sons from my previous marrige, they are 18 and 15. They not travelling with us at this time.

We live in a small village very close to the capital Budapest. We have a small farm with some goats, chickens, ducks and a large vegetable garden.
The land is not ours so we are looking for our own place. We would like to live in harmony with nature and don’t take out more than we give back. For us it is a learning experince. In a few years time we would like to become self sufficient and live off the grid.
Our children are 12, 4 and 3. They are very open and easy going. Love nature and animals. They are unschoolers and the little ones were born in our own home. .
We are travelling with our van and caravan.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

We travel around Europe with our caravan but we may leave it behind from time to time. We do volunteering and we think couchsurfing is great way to stop for short times between traveling and to get to know new people and places.
