ABOUT ME

Hi, my name is Yan (Ian) and my friends usually called me Elay, you may also call me Yee.

I used to backpack to some interesting cities in Asia and Europe during my study time and I felt it was really amazing to experience different cultures, weather, food, people and language in each country. I am currently working in my hometown and is on the way planing my next backpack journey to Thailand and Cambodia, both South East Asia countries which are relatively near to Malaysia and yet to be explored by me. Looking forward for this backpacking trip!

My interest is photography, I love to capture beautiful landscape sceneries, I am currently still a beginner in photography and I am looking forward to getting improved in my photography skills, you can have a look of my photos that I have taken in my facebook profile link www.facebook.com/IanElay

Backpacking around the world and taking landscapes photography of the places of the world is the target that I would like to achieve someday.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am looking forward to seeing and making friends around couchsurfing, we can exchange our ideology, share our culture and perhaps some knowledge exchange as well.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have hosted a couch, Stefan from Hamburg in Liverpool, also I have met a couch surfer, Nacho from Spain in Liverpool and we walked around the city together. I have been hosted at 4 cities so far which are
