Why I’m on Couchsurfing
As for now, I have no experience hosting but I hope it will change soon. In my point of view, CS is a magnificent project that makes it easier for travelers to dive into a new culture. It's way different from trying to understand new surroundings without hanging out or making a true discussion with locals.

Music, Movies, and Books
Speaking about the music, I'm pretty open-minded, but one of my favorite genres are indie rock/pop and alternative.
As for movies, I am true film-lover trying to watch whole IMDb TOP 250 and my favorite so far are Léon: The Professional, Life is Beautiful, Schindler's List, Into the Wild, Truman Show and many others. Also I'm fond of Lithuanian films such as Ekskursante, Balkonas, Redirected, Miegančių drugelių tvirtovė. Other movies worth mentioning: Superbad, Babel, Dogtooth, Nebraska.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Couple years ago at the summer camp I was invited to perform on the stage as there was an unexpected 5 minute gap between two performances. I had to make a short on-the-spot act in front of around 200 people. After I got to the backstage thinking about what I will show to the public I found three most random things in one place. Easel, ballet costume and a crayon. Few minutes later I was doing probably the the most awkward act in my life. Tall guy in tight ballet costume was making a crayon painting with his bare foot. I don't know if I could call it "One Amazing Thing I've Done", but I'll definitely remember those minutes all my life.
