Why I'm on Couchsurfing
I've had the fortune to meet some wonderful people couchsurfing and hosting in the US, Croatia, Germany, HK, China and Turkey. I've attended a few couch surfing social events around the world which are a great idea for solo travellers. Always happy to meet up with winelovers or people who appreciate quality locally roasted coffee (not Starbucks or Lavazza!)

Travel, languages, one tasting, trying to learn new musical instruments, reading, martial arts, running, finding great restaurants around the world, adventure sports, photography When travelling, I love to find wine bars and taste wines from that country. If there's local cheese too, I'll be there all night! Failing that, craft beers. Always on the hunt for good (ie Australian standard/3rd wave) coffee & keep a map of decent coffee shops around the world.
