I am an assistant professor in strategic communication at Lund University. Although I'm originally from Azerbaijan, I've lived most of my life abroad, from Turkey to South Korea, from France to China (and, for the past 9 years, in Sweden). I love learning new stuff, seeing new places, meeting new people and discovering new things.

Interests

I love reading. Being an academic researcher you have to read all the time - so more you love it better for your health :) I love music - not only listening but also writing about it. I have an amateur background and experience in film making and film theory - one of my biggest passions. This is also related to me being a huge movie fan - I love watching films, talking about films, and writing about films :)
