ABOUT ME
I am an honest, curious, and happy person. I try to tread lightly upon this planet by minimizing my ecological footprint. I'm completely in love with our planet - it is beautiful and wonderfully accommodating to us. I feel thankful for the opportunities that have happened to cross my path that have allowed me to travel and see so much of the world.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I have had so many cool experiences through CouchSurfing. I've surfed in a few countries, and I'm always amazed by the CS community in each one. I have not been able to host (because of my fluctuating living situations in the past few years), but I hope to do so soon :)
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I've made some very nice experiences, stories, and friendships from Couchsurfing. My first experience with Couchsurfing was in London in 2010, when I made my CS account. I haven't stopped ever since! I connected with many people through CouchSurfing when I lived in Adelaide (Australia). I went to the annual CS Rendez-Vous in Paris, where I met the fun CS crowd in Paris!

Music, Movies, and Books
Music has been a large part of my life since the beginning. My musical interests are diverse, but my favourites are ones that make me feel like I'm in another dimension. I love seeing live music and sharing the musician's passion.
I try to read as many books as possible. Lolita, Pride and Prejudice, Gulliver's Travels, Love in the Time of Cholera, Extremely Loud and Incredibly Close, Count of Monte Cristo.
My favourite movies are ones that make me think for days: Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, Juno, Little Miss Sunshine, Amelie, Intouchables
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
The birth of a baby beluga whale at the Vancouver Aquarium. It was beautiful, exciting, breath-taking, spectacular, and heart-warming.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can bake loads of things! I know how to have a good laugh too.
I want to learn about your culture. I want to understand what makes us different from each other, and what makes us the same as each other.
