About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Survive

ABOUT ME

I like to travel mostly by bicycle, I feel naked without my bike. I learned to be "self sufficient" from my first trip when I was young and I desappeared some weeks with my mointain bike. But I love the idea of been host by locals, share, learn culture and discover secret places. I have been hosted spontaneously many times before CS existed. And those are the best memories of my trips. I dont like partying, I never liked, is not becouse I got old.

PHILOSOPHY

I don´t really have a personal philosophy. I'm in constant change. I read a lot about eastern religions and philosophys, everything you need to be happy is there, but put into practice is another thing. I made an amazing trip in India when I was 21, with one way ticket, but looking back, I think I learned nothing. Most of times we just move our body from place to place.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I will request to very few people I think we would have affinities, when I want to visit a city or place, need rest or need to talk to something alive. I really like history and I will ask a lot about the place, city and country. Otherwise I prefer to camp.
I am getting older and more picki about the people I host. More than that, I'm quite bussy with my work and hobbys, and is dificoult to find time to host people and all the things envolved. As Donostia became a popular touristic and expensive place, besides is the natural pass between France and Spain and on the way to Portugal ( another famous destiny now), I had a lot of requests that I can not answer. Dont take it personally.
