Because i love the fact that people from different cities and countries can meet up, and help eachother out. Also that the amount of money you USE get a lot lesser when you're staying at someone's couch for free! 😃 As well as making your travels cheaper, you learn a lot about people and cultures, and also about yourself. It creates memories for life!
