I'm a communicative person who loves traveling and meeting new people. I would anytime prefer a guitar night in the mountains, surrounded by friends than a night at a 5 stars hotel in Dubai. I'm passionate in history and I like discovering as much as possible of the history of any place I visit.

Presently, I'm in my sixth year of medicine in Cluj-Napoca. In the past years I've been a project coordinator in our local students organization, in charge of the students social activities.

Starting from my 3rd year of study, I've participated at 2 practice exchange programs, one in Chile and one in Poland. Last year I've started my Erasmus experience, studying for a semester in Oviedo, Spain and presently I am finishing my 2 months medical practice within the Erasmus+ program, in Barcelona.

To sum it all up, a great former Romanian theatre actor says: "It doesn't really matter how many years you have in your life. What really matters it's how much life you have in your years"

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

As I said, traveling I love most. And if there is one thing I learned during my experiences abroad, is that sharing is caring. I can't wait for the new experiences coming.

Music, Movies, and Books

Generally, I love music. I could write a book with all the music I love listening. Even though my favorite composer is Chopin, I listen most of the time different types of Rock music. As I play guitar, and my favorite guitarist is Mark Knopfler, I can't decide on my favorite song between "Sultans of Swing" (Dire Straits) and "Hotel California" (Eagles). Favorite bands: Nirvana, Pink Floyd.

My favorite movie: from far "Shawshank Redemption". Some could say: "-Comfortable and easy choice!", but still, it remains the first for me. Let's say the next places would be taken by "Vendetta" and "A Beautiful Mind".

Of course, as we can teach/share best the things that we are most passionate for, I go in for guitar and history.
