About Me

MISSION
Enjoying life fully, appreciating the little things and always ready for the next adventure.
Growing deeper as a person, while supporting the growth of others.
Sharing my life with people, helping in any ways I can, and creating meaningful relationships.

..always willing to share some good vibes :)

ABOUT ME

Allright, I’ll start with the obvious: I’m Italian–so imagine all the package of stereotypes that comes with it...
I love to talk–sometimes (well…often) too much. I love communicating with people, joking, sharing, discussing, confronting. I love meeting new people (especially with different cultures, backgrounds and mindset)! And as much as I love to talk, I also love to listen to people's stories and ideas, and understand other's point of views when they are different than mine.
I'm quite an active person, and I enjoy crazy adventures just as much as the simple things...I can say that I hardly ever get bored.
I’m quite an instinctive person, I rely on my gut-feeling more than on my brain and I tend to be spontaneous – sometimes too much, so…be prepared to have some good laugh, I’m a master in gaffes and embarrassing situations :P

Above all, I do NOT have the gift of summarize :P Being Italian, I’m genetically programmed to say with 150 words what a person can normally say with 30 words. Enough said :P

PHILOSOPHY

"On ne voit bien qu'avec le coeur l'essentiel est invisible pour les yeux " (It is only with the heart that one can see rightly; what is essential is invisible to the eye)

If you follow your heart, you’ll get to the right path - always.

“There is no way to happiness, happiness is the way”

You can’t control what happens to you in life but you can control how you react to things – and being positive it’s nothing but a choice.

There is no such things as "one reality" – you create your own.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

So far I haven’t had the chance to host someone - I’ll be happy to do it as soon as my next accommodation will allow it.
In general I’ve been trying to help people who would contact me asking for some help when they were moving to the same city I was living. I have organized some meet ups while I was living in Pori (Finland) and showed the city to some new CS members who moved there.
I've also organized two "FREE HUGS" events through CS while I was living in Liège (Belgium) and Milan (Italy), and both of them were awesome experiences! :)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have been hosted by wonderful couchsurfers in France, Belgium, Denmark, and Brazil, and I have been participating in the local couchsurfing events in several cities.

Music, Movies, and Books

I used to play the violin, and lately I’ve been trying to learn to play the guitar. I like all kind of music (well...except for metal, house and techno ). I LOVE to listen to live music. I tend to have “phases” with music but I have some ever-green I always like to listen to: Etta James, Tracy Chapman, Nat King Cole, Frank Sinatra, Dion, Micheal Bublè, Jack Johnson, Jason Mraz, Norah Jones, Band of Horses, The Beatles, Ed Sheraan, Cèu, Jarabe De Palo, Paolo Nutini, The Queen, Regina Spektor.

I love reading books about travels, self-growth, and specific topics that I’m interested at that specific moment, or autobiographies of people I’m interested in. I also love reading books about different cultures. I don't usually read fiction books, except for Paulo Coelho's books.
