I live in a gorgeous village in Kashmir, just 30 km from Srinagar. I'm a total trekking enthusiast and love hitting the mountains with friends on weekends. When I'm not exploring, you can find me chillin' with my family, three siblings, and our mischievous orange cat!

Our home is pretty sweet, with a kitchen garden, an orchid nearby, and rice/paddy fields all around. I'm all about connecting with people from different places and cultures - sharing stories, laughter, and adventures. However, I've devoured numerous Urdu books and can share the essence of my favorites with you!

Movies:
I'm not a frequent movie-watcher, but two films that have left a lasting impact on me are:

- "The Pianist" (a hauntingly beautiful masterpiece)
- "Grave of the Fireflies" (a poignant and powerful anti-war film)

There are many thrilling experiences etched in my memory, but I'd love to share a recent one .

One of my most exhilarating experiences was when I embarked on a trek to the majestic "Mahalish" mountain peak (3400m). With no clear route in sight, I felt an insatiable urge to reach the summit. Driven by determination, I ventured ahead of my group, only to find myself suddenly enveloped in a thick veil of clouds. The fog was so dense that I couldn't see the path ahead, and I found myself running in the rain, unsure of the direction. But, after 30 minutes of intense walking, I miraculously stumbled back onto the track! It was a heart-pumping, adrenaline-fueled moment that taught me the value of perseverance and trust in my instincts.

I can teach you about Kashmiri culture, language, and traditions. I'd be happy to share my knowledge of trekking routes and hidden gems in the Himalayas. I can also teach you how to cook traditional Kashmiri dishes like Rista and Gushtaba!

I'm eager to learn about your culture, customs, and way of life. I want to hear about your travels, adventures, and the stories you've collected along the way. I'm also interested in learning new languages, trying new foods, and exploring new hobbies.
