I am Irina from Siberia, Russia.
I've always loved travelling, learning different cultures and communicating with people all around the world. This year I found that I had visited 20 countries - that was a surprise for me because I am only 20 years old. Where I found enough time and money for that..? Well, the secret is that you just need to have enough passion as well as patience. I travelled differently: doing backpacking with my friends, living in tents with my scout group, living in luxury hotels as a part of an international program, in hostels, spending time and sharing experience with wonderful host-families etc.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Couchsurfing in an amazing way to get to know a country not only as a tourist but also a citizen, eating traditional food, talking with people who live there, going to parties or whatever it can be. I just LOVE this format.
