Eisenstadt is 50 km away from Vienna and the capital city of Burgenland.
It´s a beautiful small town on the countryside with lots of sightseeings. (Castle Esterhazy, house of the great composer Joseph Haydn,...)

Also Lake Neusiedl is not far away. (one of the largest Steppe lakes in Europe, good for windsurfing, kitesurfing, etc. )

Eisenstadt is reachable from Vienna with public transport. (bus or train approx. 1 hour)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Bc I´m travelling arround the world and want to get to know foreign people or also how they live.
I´m not the typical tourist :) I love to do/see the foreigner secret places in their countries and not the typical sightseeings.
