Music, Movies, and Books
My favorite music is Industrial and alternative (specifically dark 80's and new wave).
I do listen to a LOT of other types of music and enjoy them. Such as Pop, R&B, Hip Hop, Classical, Metal, Oriental, folk etc.
My favorite books are about philosophy, psychology, science, Yoga.
I prefer reading than watching TV or movies, but I love Indie movies and the kind of movies that have a message in them, not just Hollywood crap :)
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Traveling alone has brought me to a lot of nice adventures and experiences.
One amazing thing I've done in New Zealand is tandem skydiving from a plane from 12,000 feet.
The first few minutes are free falling, then the second the parachute opens- your heart drops down to your underwear.... and after that - bliss over a beautiful scenery of snowy mountain peaks and lakes.
Teach, Learn, Share
I have a Yoga teaching certificate, and a coaching certificate, as well as NLP practitioner.
I have a lot of knowledge in Buddhism as a way of life.
I love learning all the time - I believe it's a never ending process. I read a lot of theoretical books and articles.
I would love to learn from anyone and to teach whatever is interesting and mind opening to others.
I also am taking part of a big project at the moment, transforming a traditional farm to an eco-village/community/retreat. The long term vision is to live Off-Grid, sustainable and Ecologically aware. Would love to exchange ideas.
What I Can Share with Hosts
Yoga, meditation, NLP, Buddhism self development.
