I'm Ivan. I always wanted to live wide. So, I interested in a lot of things - different music, different books, different places. I'm curious about life and it's multiple effects. I want to meet new people and places, and I have a lot of stories - funny and grief. Also I love to hear stories. For now my main fields are graphic design and music (I'm a drummer).

I'm on Couchsurfing because of my intentions and specific view on travelling. It's not about money. I always prefer to meet people from places I visit - because it's true way to travel I think. It opens more opportunities, and more sides and aspects of the world. Ordinary way to travel - hotels and tours - are a little bit boring for me, so I prefer hitch-hiking and couchsurfing.

I think that music is music. It's not about style, it's about beauty. But if I prefer something it would be jazz music - Miles Davis, Johnny Hodges, Keith Jarrett, John Abercrombie and a lot of others. I like modern, classical and rock music though.

My favorite writers are Vonnegut, Akutagawa, Sturgeon, Strugatsky Brothers, Twain, Plato, Blake, Salinger, Kafka.
