I enjoy meeting inquisitive people who also share my love for travel and adventure. I'm very curious and I always try to find out as much as I can about new people I meet. And making new friends is always something very special to me.

If someone feels good about themselves around me then I'm happy. Accept people as they are, not everyone's going to like Cheese. Liebe Alles, that's my attitude toward life. You always hold the power when travelling to a new place in terms of your attitude. Have a great attitude and those that you interact with will follow suite.

Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing

I enjoy being able to find and spend time with other people that share my love for exploring and travelling. I enjoy sharing stories, experiences and how our cultures and countries are different. I've made some wonderful friends as both a host and a couchsurfer.

Intereses

Rugby (and most other sports), music (try my hand at piano, guitar and played sax for 5yrs), organic farming (especially fruit) and pretty much anything science/engineering related.

Música, películas y libros

I like a wide range of music but I generally prefer music of the past where music was real music, especially old school rock like CSNY. I like movies that speak on the human condition or movies that are simply clever, some of my favourite movies are: Forest Gump, The Remains of the Day, Boyhood and Surfs Up. I generally enjoy autobiographies, especially of sports people.

Qué puedo ofrecer a los anfitriones

I see couch surfing as a great way to make new friends while travelling, mostly since we have a common interest. I obviously also have all my interesting stories from travelling in Europe and in Africa. I've also done many other things that I can share with my hosts, like how to make a leather laptop bag or a model aeroplane for example. I am a mechanical engineer after all :)
