About Me

CURRENT MISSION
Working holiday in Australia.

ABOUT ME
I was born in a seaside city in Northeast China, and grew up, studied, worked in Shanghai most of my life.
In 2012 and 2013, as an exchange student of Salzburg University, I've travelled more than 12 countries in Europe. After graduation, my work took me all over the Southeast Asia. Now I've quit my job and on my way to a new life in Australia on working holiday .

PHILOSOPHY
Be the best of whatever you are. Love dogs.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I was recommended by one of my Chinese friends, and it's an amazing experience for me to be hosted in a totally strange place which we called home and by a total stranger who became friends.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I've travelled a lot and been hosted in Rome, Milan, Zurich, Brussels, Vienna, Marseille, Paris and so on.
No matter where and when I meet with the strangers, we always talk about each other's country, share our different culture, or learn some new languages. No matter who we are, by couchsurfing, we always would clear up the mystery, difficulty, and misunderstanding about A country or A humanbeing.

Interests

I like reading, writing in traveling, and communicating with the people who are honest and humorous from different countries and with different culture.
I like everything that is new.

  • culture
  • writing
  • photography
  • reading
  • music
  • swimming

Music, Movies, and Books

The book and the movie I love most are both "The Unbearable Lightness of Being" written by Milan Kundera and acted by Daniel-Day-Lewis.
I always wonder "what is the meaning of life"? It's not just about freedom or love, it's all about how should we live and grow in this universe.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have my first Zen meditation in Mountain Lushan. At that place and that time, I became a Buddhist.

Teach, Learn, Share

Be honest and Keep your word.

What I Can Share with Hosts

No matter where and when I meet with the strangers, we always talk about each other's country, share our different culture.

1. Gain insight into the modern Chinese life, especially the youth.
2. Talk about our Chinese food.
3. Know something about the famous spots and historical remains in China.

More than that, we can talk about life and values.
