Why I'm on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING I'm currently living in Charlotte, NC, I don't have a car but I can provide information about some public transportation and you can use UBER I am in CS because I like to help others and because I want to meet different people from different places. I'm from Mexico City and if I happen to be there (since I use to go and visit my parents), I can show you around lots of places in a day or two, preferably during weekends. Music, Movies, and Books

I really like science fiction, fantasy movies, but I also enjoy going watching other kinds of movies. When it comes to books I have to say that some of my favorite authors are: Haruki Murakami G.R.R. Martin Isaac Asimov Stephen King J.R.R Tolkien Arthur C. Clarke Julio Cortazar I simply love reading, the more that you read, the more things you will know. The more that you learn, the more places you'll go. When it comes to music I think I like many kinds of music, from metal to pop, I just like to keep myself open to the diversity.

One Amazing Thing I've Done

I have traveled alone to the other side of the world. I help others as much as I can e.g:, I use to give food to people needing it. I work daily in being a good person. I don't know what is like to have a hang over because I don't find pleasure in excessive drinking (This does not mean that I don't enjoy hanging out).

I can teach you Spanish, Computer knowledge, how to cook some Mexican Dishes. If you want to hear some Mexican legends I can share them with you too.

My Interests

I like reading, listening to music, going to new places, working out, watching all kinds of movies and tv series. I also like animals, I think I like them more than people sometimes. I agree with Kundera on "Mankind's true moral test, its fundamental test, consists of its attitude towards those who are at its mercy: animals". I'm learning to play guitar. I'm trying to practice meditation more.
