ABOUT ME
A spiritual being enjoying a human experience. I practice yoga (YTT200), meditation, read a lot, sing, dance, I can do past life regressions and quantum healing, hypnosis, progressive muscle relaxation, Reiki, and other calm, loving arts.

Almost 10 years ago I wrote: I'm a psychology and counseling major. I moved to California for better mental and physical health. I'm a great cook, I do yoga and tai chi, love the beach, and I'm a great listener.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
2020: I will once again couchsurf in Hawaii with the goal of paying it forward once I'm settled.

2011:Currently, I'm Surfing, but I hope to get settled in California and pay it forward!
2013:Edit: I'm now settled in Cali and paying it forward.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

The people I've met were so awesome and accommodating. I can't wait to get to know more!
I had people stay from all over and cooked wonderful food and provided great conversation.

I do my best to make my presence as much as a gift as possible.
Clean up after myself. Offer additional cleaning or services as requested or reasonable.
Including but not limited to dishes, cooking, sweeping/mopping, dusting, laundry, yard work etc.
I do not take for granted the kindness of strangers.
I have been helped greatly when I was in need and I have helped those in their times of need as well.
Sometimes you're ahead, sometimes you're behind...the race is long... and in the end, it's only with yourself.
