Hello.
Owner of a Gyro Restaurant in the Plaza of Rincon, PR. I live above the restaurant in a two bedroom apartment. I will be leasing one of the bedrooms this upcoming surf season. Rent will be 30 a day or $500 a month. Includes two meals a day, wifi, direct tv,washing machine and A/C. Walking distance to stores and beaches.
