Hello citizens of planet Earth,

I'm a 23 yr old humanoid from southern California who is running away from Donald Trump. Just kidding (kind of). Recent graduate; studied Literature & creative writing and also played baseball in college, so if you want to know about a sport that is irrelevant to the rest of the world, I'm your guy :).
These days I'm more into yoga, hiking, climbing; anything that brings me closer to nature and makes me contemplate my existence. I love animals, am very passionate about human rights, and enjoy deep conversations with people who have something to say. Listening well to others is very important to me. Also, I will tell jokes that I think are hilarious and there is a 50% chance you will too.
So I am new to couch surfing and figure it must be somewhat unnerving hosting someone with no/few references, but I would be glad to meet anywhere beforehand so we can get acquainted first. I'm almost always traveling with my closest friend, Derek, who is also 23 and recently graduated from university. He has a CS account as well, and I will post a link to both of our Facebooks (or some social media platform). He is a giant, goofy, awesome individual and one of the nicest people I know. We are looking forward to meeting new friends and making memories, our only regret being that we can't spend time with all of you.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing
