About Me

Hey there! I'm an avid adventurer who's passionate about cycling, skiing and surfing. I absolutely love getting to experience a new place through a local perspective and truly enjoy hearing about the passions and pursuits of those around me! Always open to new foods, music, culture and experience!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Here to help share the experience and travel collectively with others.

Interests

I've done quite a bit of travel to pursue high alpine climbs and have been fortunate enough to summit the highest peaks in 6 different countries! Lots of skiing all over the USA and heading to Japan winter of 19' for a new deep powder experience! So far I've surfed Ecuador, Mexico, Dominican republic, Costa Rica, Nicaragua, Indonesia and all over both US coasts, still very much a beginner though! I rode my bicycle across the US from Cali to New York back in 2006 and have raced road bikes for the last 16 years in some capacity, definitely a cycling nut! I love fooling around with my slack line and doing flips on my trampoline too! Playing music has been a part of my life for a very long time and I love playing banjo to my blazing woodstove on a cold winter's night! I also am extremely passionate about the ancient art of making arrowheads, known as flintknapping! All of these things and many, many more... sorry for the disjointed list haha!
