I'm Jakov from Pazin, Croatia. I'm a musician, a photographer and a traveler. I used to travel with my family, but now that I turned 18 my parents consider me old enough to travel on my own so I started going on trips by myself. I've been to 26 countries with family and 3 by myself I think traveling develops my personality and expands my thought barriers which is one of the main reasons why i travel.

I love reading, it helps me relax and fall asleep. I love reading novels about psychology because they help me understand how human brains work and they also help me develop my personality. I mostly read Croatian literature but I've read some English books too.

My Interests

Music I'm a self-tought musician, I'm a guitarist in a band and I play bass and drums in my free time. Music is a thing that keeps me going all the time, I like listening to punk and most of it's subgenres, but I can listen to many different genres and I have something in common in music taste with almost everyone I meet. I'm open for new music and I'd be happy if we could exchange some bands. Photography I'm in highschool learning photography, fourth grade out of four. I like photography because I can visually express my thoughts and feelings, and similar like music, it helps me show other people how I see and understand the world. If you're into photography I'd love to talk about it and maybe we could show each other some tips and tricks. Traveling Traveling is like an escape from everyday life and monotony to me, it helps me extend my comfort zone and it makes me ready for unexpected situations. I've traveled since I was in my mother's womb, so it's been a really important thing in my life. We used to travel with couchsurfing a lot, but since my sister was born we didn't use it that much because our family was too big. I really loved couchsurfing back then so now I made an account to give it a try again.
