About Me

Borders don´tt exist for me. Both - the political ones and the mental ones.
I don't belong to any country, to any particular place.

I'm a traveller, not a tourist. My eyes are the guide, my intuition is my insurance and my memory takes the best photographies.

My name's Kuba and I am a student of Hungarian. I made my dream come true - I live my life in Barcelona.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

The reason for me being here is simple - I love learning languages, languages create cultures, cultures belong to people and people make me travel and the journeys... we all know it - create the best memories! And I definitely love to share memories with people - be it my friends or people I meet on my way.

Interests

I am extremely interested in languages; both learning and teaching.
I am proud of speaking Polish, I'm fluent in English, Spanish, Hungarian and Catalan, currently learning Japanese, Italian and Serbian.

I'm also keen on psychology or, maybe even more - psycholinguistics.
All the things that happen inside our brains are fascinating and definitely have a big priority as the things to learn more about.

But if I was to say about my interests in general, the whole world is my hobby. I don't mind any culture, any tradition. So I guess I am one of the multipotentialite people: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QJORi5VO1F8

Music, Movies, and Books

If it comes to music, you should firstly specify the language, because I divide music only by languages. Try me!

I am mostly focus on Polish, Hungarian and Spanish cinema, so let me tell you: Polish cinema: Ciało /Body
Spanish cinema: Ocho apellidos vascos/catalanes or simply: Almodóvar
Hungarian cinema: Hurok/Strings

And those are just some examples...

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Travelling to Spain this summer, ALONE, only me and my backpack, lots of hard and beautiful moments, a lot of experience and new people I met on my way, crazy pictures I took and who knows what more I discover later about what this journey was for me.

Teach, Learn, Share

Good days give you happiness, bad days give you experience, and the worst days give you the best lessons.

I believe in energy, I like gaining the positive one around me, there´s anything like "impossible" in my dictionary. I feel like that´s my mission to tell about it to the people that don´t really think like me. Besides, this is an awesome feeling when you now you made a change, when someone is grateful and start smiling just because of you.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I love sharing memories and experience. I would love to have with each of the host a night-long conversation, drinking tea, feeling fresh air from outside.
Cooking together is something that I enjoy. I do this with friends, so why not to this with you?
I would love to show you the cultures I know about, the pictues I have taken, the places I have been to, the people I met.
