About Me

My life can easily fit into a backpack, and with it I carry my dream of traveling the world. I believe in spontaneity the unexpected journeys, the waves that guide us, the smiles we encounter along the way, and the quiet magic of nature. For me, travel is not just something I do; it is how I experience life. I live to travel, and I travel to truly live.

At heart, I value human connection and the simple kindness that brings people together across cultures and places. As Anne Frank once wrote, “In spite of everything, I still believe that people are really good at heart.” That belief continues to guide how I meet the world and the people in it.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I’m here because I enjoy meeting people from different parts of the world and experiencing cultures beyond the usual tourist perspective. For me, travel is really about human connection sharing stories, meals, ideas, and learning how others live.

I also host occasionally, but only when the moment feels right. When I do host, it’s an all-or-nothing kind of experience - I enjoy truly welcoming people, sharing good conversations, maybe cooking together, and creating a memorable cultural exchange rather than just offering a place to sleep.

Couchsurfing, to me, is about genuine connections, openness, and the simple belief that the world becomes smaller and kinder when people share their homes, time, and stories.

Music, Movies, and Books

My taste in music is quite eclectic - I enjoy everything from soulful acoustic and world music to relaxing café playlists that make you feel like you’re somewhere by the sea. I love films that explore culture, travel, and the human experience, especially stories that make you reflect on life and the world around you.

When it comes to books, I’m drawn to travel writing, culture, food, and stories about people and places. I enjoy anything that expands perspective and deepens appreciation for different traditions and ways of life.

I’m always happy to exchange recommendations - music to play on a road trip, films that stay with you long after watching, or books that inspire the next journey.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I decided to live a life that constantly says “yes” to new places, new people, and unexpected adventures. Some of the best things in my life happened because of spontaneous decisions.

Teach, Learn, Share

I enjoy meaningful exchanges with people from different cultures. I can share stories about food. I can share food. 😅

I can also share knowledge about wellness, recovery, and physiotherapy to understanding how movement, rest, and balance help maintain a healthy lifestyle.

In return, I always love learning from others whether it’s a recipe, cultural tradition, or a different way of seeing the world. For me, travel is really about the exchange of ideas, kindness, and stories that stay with us long after the journey ends.

What I Can Share with Hosts

With hosts, I’m always happy to share stories from my travels and experiences, especially about
culture and food.

I also love cooking and would gladly prepare a meal together it’s one of the best ways to connect and create memories. Beyond that, I can share simple meditation practices and some of my knowledge in wellness and therapeutic techniques that help with relaxation, recovery, and overall well-being.

More than anything, I value good conversation, openness, and the chance to learn from each other. For me, the best part of travel is the human connection that comes from sharing time, stories, and experiences.
