Overview
About Me
Born and raised in Belgium, but I'm actually British. Getting that Belgian passport soon because f*** you Brexit.
Currently backpacking around South America (via a detour in NYC because that is a completely logical route) until I start an MBA in Taiwan in September.
I believe the greater the culture-shock, the more you learn.
After 6 weeks traveling in South East Asia I refused to get on the return plane. Backpacked around until I had 250$ left then moved to Vietnam for 2 years.
Career:
Previously an Exec. Assistant that would spend 1 month in whatever country the boss sent me to manage international offices.
Working towards becoming a cross-cultural management consultant for expats.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Meeting new people and discovering new places.
Any tips on abandoned locations would also be awesome.

Music, Movies, and Books
I'll listen to anything and everything, read a lot of articles but not enough books, love foreign films with the same budget I have to travel (literally, almost nothing).
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Chased by a pack of monkeys up a mountain for about an hour. I now have a fear of monkeys.
Teach, Learn, Share
Teach English, learn culture, share stories
