CURRENT MISSION Lose some weight ABOUT ME I live in Manchester city centre with my flat mate Will. We've both been in Manchester 5 years now, having both been to University here. I studied Sociology and Will did Art History (both useless in getting a job). I am originally from Leeds, Will is from London. Whilst at uni, we started a band and played at parties and did a bit of Djing, this inexplicably turned out to be pretty popular with students, as we were mainly doing it for our own fun. In time we ended up throwing a weekly party at a Manchester club, along with two other friends. Somehow, this ended up becoming our jobs after graduating,and we now run our own little business putting on nights across the country, and booking DJs and artists. We have nights in Manchester, London, Nottingham, Sheffield, Leeds and Newcastle. This has given us a pretty good idea of stuff to do in these cities across England; we can give any travelling couchsurfers tips on things to see, and avoid. As with most of you on here I love traveling, all my spare money tends to go on flights to somewhere. So far I've made it to all continents except the poles and South America. Unless we dont have to, its fair to say both me and Will are night owls and tend to get up late. If you are in bed by 9.30pm every night we are not the people to stay with. This is mainly due to our jobs, but the best stuff happens at night anyway. PHILOSOPHY Well, this has all gotten very serious... Don't take things too seriously.
