Overview
About Me
Hi, I'm 29 years old, fledgling traveller, wannabe ultra-cyclist, vegan and ambitious. I'm currently training for London Edinburgh London, a 1400km cycle ride over 5 days in August. Who knows what's after that!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I want to meet new people and share experiences. I've always wanted to travel but mot always been able to in the past, so I want to make up for lost time!
I also know how much of a pain it can be finding places to stay while you are on the road, so I want to help others on their journey.

Music, Movies, and Books
With music I love anything chill, whether that be singer songwriters, ambient, electronic or rock.
I love reading about things like adventure and social commentary.
I'm a massive film person but am partial to the odd anime now and again. I like watching factual stuff and vlogs.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
You could say I'm a late bloomer. I've always wanted to travel but I've had a few setbacks that stopped me over the years. Last year, on a whim, I flew to Thailand on my own for a vegan festival and ended up becoming the fittest I've ever been and making a ton of friends. Since then we regularly meet up for food, rides and events, and we're going to Chiang Mai again this year. I can't wait!
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach you how to ride, fix and maintain a bike. I'm a bit of a Macguyver and have been known to fix stuff with barely anything on hand!
I have decent knowledge of the local area and can help you plan the next stage of your journey. I'm pretty good at working the system to get cheaper train tickets, flights etc.
If you need help with English or the many local dialects we have, I can help with that, too.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I've done a similar thing on Warmshowers (for touring cyclists). I travel quite a bit but even when I'm away my parents are usually here. We have secure space to put bikes. I have plenty of tools to go at so you are welcome to borrow them and I can help you with repairs and servicing.
I know lots of cool, friendly vegans around the country who would love to network with fellow conscious crew.
