Movies - not big on regularly sitting still to watch movies, but am happy too for comedy or true story based films.

Music - country, salsa, indie rock, reggae, folk, and open to other genres.

Books - usually educational (Optimal health and nutrition, strength and conditioning..), primal (A primates memoir, sex at dawn), motivational (The Big Leap, Feel the Fear and do it anyway).
