I learn languages, and in my daily routine I go to the gym and mostly practice a hybrid training mix of calisthenics, weight training and yoga so I can share tips related to maintaining healthy physique with simple steps....
I love plant based food but sometime very lezzy to cook so have design &) experiment and ; ) learn, quick higer protine, higer fiber vegan,meals if you interested I can share recipes tip & tricks ;)
