About Me
Hello everybody,
Here's a little something about my background :)
I grew up and lived in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia all my life and came to London for education when I was 19. I have been staying in London for the past 4 years.
Currently on the road to graduation, planning to do some travels before entering the world of employment!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I absolutely love travelling and have been to most of the major European cities. I think the best travels are determined by who we meet, the conversations/culture exchanged and living the lives of the locals. This is why I am on CS, I would like to change my perspective on travelling + meet interesting people.
Interests
Meeting new people & holding interesting conversations - I'm a curious listener :P Passionate people interest me even more!
Travelling, of course!
I love nature, I enjoy hiking/mountains and am always up for an adventure!
Gymnastics - A competitive gymnast since I was 8!
Tennis - Well, I'm not very good at it, but I try!
Swimming - It calms me down in stressful times!

Music, Movies, and Books
Just got introduced to Game of Thrones (I know I'm slow!!) - I wonder what I've been doing for the past couple of years!
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Being tossed as high as 2 storeys of a building whilst doing tricks in the air ;) (Previously did cheerleading!)
Hiked >12 hours up Trolltunga, experiencing wind/snow/hail/sunshine throughout the hike!
Sat at the edge of Pulpit Rock and stood on the boulder at Kjeragbolten!
Ski-ed in the French Alps with Mont Blanc as the backdrop
Been to the top of Europe, Jungfraujoch
Climbed/walked the Great Wall of China
Witnessed a geysir shooting out its water/steam every 3.5 mins in Iceland
Teach, Learn, Share
Happy to teach you Malay, our national language - by the end of my stay/our meet, you would be able to order your own food in Malay!
I love learning about your culture, your job, your passion, anything about YOU really!
And of course, if you do decide to come and visit, I would most gladly bring you around to the places the locals like to hangout ;)
What I Can Share with Hosts
I can offer you a perspective of what it's like growing up in Asia, specifically Malaysia, our culture, what we eat, what the city/country looks like.
Malaysia is a multi-racial country, not many countries in the world are multi-racial. We have people of many races/religion, the city have multiple places of worship and we celebrate so many festivals a year. Would be glad to enlighten you on our culture!
