I study German language and culture as major subject at the University of Eastern Finland.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm going to take the advantage of my Erasmus year and travel as much as I can. By staying at the local's place one will have a great opportunity to feel the vibes of the new city in a different way ^^ When I get back to Finland I will be able to start hosting people at my place too but unfortunately not here in Cologne.
I'm a curious person who likes to know about people from all over the world. Meeting people from different cultures is fascinating.

I'm into movies(I have three movie-related tattoos and there's about to me more of them,heh), music(mainly soul), studying languages(I'm a university student), writing poems, singing, jogging, watching documentaries, cats.. and the list goes on and on

I love Bee Gees, Queen, ABBA, Juice Leskinen, Sam Cooke, Paul Anka..

Movies ? Argh.. the best of all is of course The deer hunter and then come the rest:
Sophie's choice, One flew over the cookoo's nest, Midnight cowboy, They shoot horses, don't they?, Mystic river, Forrest Gump..

I like Sofi Oksanen's and Leena Lehtolainen's books. Also like William Styron's Sophie's choice. I really don't have any spesific favourite writers, I pick up only fiction books(not fantasy)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Moving to Köln, perfect solo-travelling weekend in Dublin, visiting the ruins of Pompei..:) Hopefully there are about to come more of them.

Teach, Learn, Share

Teaching ? I prefer learning, I'm more that kind of person who stays quiet and listens to the others. By speaking one passes forward the knowledge they already have but by listening one learns something new(cliche-warning but it does have a point)
