My partner (39 this coming June 2018) and I are considering something of a round-the-world sojourn sometime last this year, or next. It's very preliminary, but he should do it while he's still young, and I should do it before I'm too old! .. We have a home on the island of Hawaii (in the State of Hawaii).

I work as an administrator for a hospice, and it has put a lot of perspective on life for me, and making me think about what's important in life and what's no so important. I spent many years in the travel industry, but here remains a lot of the world to see, and so many interesting people to meet.

I'm also a writer ... have a well researched project I'm working on, now into the writing phase. It's fictional, and in the fantasy fiction genre.

My partner Jason works for a local helicopter sightseeing company, and also as a real estate agent.

I'm a former helicopter pilot and travel industry exec. We both are graduates of Le Cordon Bleu.

Most recently, I drove 12,000 miles around the USA one summer, camping and seeing sights, visiting family and friends. Other road trips across the USA, Canada and Mexico, including a lot of miles off-road.

I like to learn others' stories. I'm an avid listener and interviewer. I worked some time ago as a radio talk-show host and producer. I found my way into many interesting stories with some very well known celebrities, politicians and others from all walks of life.
