Why I'm on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING Well, we can offer a sofabed, we can cook (we're not vegetarian, but if you are you really should let us cook for you, since we certainly can and veg food in Czech Rep is rather limited), we're good on cafe advice, OK on restaurant and pub advice, woefully behind on clubs. We have a big set of local hiking maps you can borrow if you want to get out of the city.
Music, Movies, and Books
Jeff: Very much not a moviegoer, very eclectic book and music tastes. Not as patient with fiction as I used to be. Eve: Invariably falls asleep in movies just before the exciting part, but will inflict 90s indie-pop on people at the drop of a hat, and then complain about how nobody ever puts jokes in science fiction.
One Amazing Thing I've Done
After wedding, went camping in Pinacate Biosphere Preserve in Mexico. Was just after record winter rain and the whole desert was covered in flowers.
Teach, Learn, Share
Eve will happily teach anyone to knit or spin. (And crochet, but left-handed.) We both love learning and teaching about food.
