ABOUT ME

I guess I'm naturally kind of quiet and low key but I can be pretty engaging if I'm interested enough and know what I'm talking about. We don't get much company out here,so we enjoy the human contact of hosting and really try to make guests feel like they have arrived at a kind and comfortable place. My wife, Karen is really nice. Thoughtful, helpful, likes to talk and always seems to know the right thing to do. She has a bit of a motherly streak with younger folks. We try to live pretty simply yet we live well. We like to travel when we can but spend a lot of time at work, which is ok cause we like our jobs and get to live and work at a pretty neat place.

PHILOSOPHY

Every day is a gift and life is short,so I count my blessings often and try to keep in mind how very fortunate I am. Conducting my life with integrity is important as well as paying attention to life's lessons. It also helps to keep sense of humor about it all.
