COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

February 2009 I went to Dublin and had my first CS Experience. It was wonderful, we met all these great people and got a much better insight into the city than we would have gotten the usual way. I love that CS gives you the opportunity to see how people live in a place, how the grocery stores look. It is so great to get beyond the superficial tourist side of a city. I also stayed a couple of nights with three really cool young teachers in Heilbronn Germany, because I had to attend a wedding there. It was very interesting to get an insight in how their life worked, unfortunately I did not get to experience Heilbronn at all.
I have only hosted one couchsurfer so far, I was glad to be able to participate by making a very nice girl comfortable at my place for one night.

兴趣

film, art and philosophy, friends,photography,cooking, . I like to be outside a whole lot, so I really love spring and summer, being able to have bare feet or bare arms just is the greatest freedom.
