One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I took my then 8 year old daughter on a 3 week trip to Italy. It was a beautiful trip with lots of lessons and fun to be had.
I took myself on a trip to Eastern Europe 5 years ago.
I am creating my own energy awareness coaching program.
I absolutely love inspiring others. I am supercharged by seeing and working with people that are diving into their life's purpose.

I love teaching others yoga, yoga therapy and I love to cook healthy foods. I am gluten intolerent and that has been an adventure in itself
