About Me

Hello beautiful people:) I spent 18 years growing up in Johannesburg city and then spent 7 month living in Bulgaria and now I am living in Groningen, the Netherlands. I study Fine Art and am chasing after my dream. I love creating images from my mind that express emotions. I also love bike riding, going on fun adventures and meeting new people.

Thoughts:
you create the sunshine around you, so smile every day and feel that happiness.
If you believe, you can do anything.

If you're going to Groningen here are some places I can at least suggest if we don’t meet or have time to hangout
- Reitdiephaven (beautiful colorful houses 🏡)
-Kardinge sportscentrum (awesome tower to climb on like the only hill in Groningen, there you can see the wonderful view of Groningen)
-Noordeplantsoen or stadspark -parks
-The cat cafe - you can play with the cats while you have tea/coffee and yummy cakes

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I come from a city that is very dangerous to even walk in the streets during the day, so when I heard about sleeping on a strangers couch I thought that this could never be safe but to my surprise I heard from many friends how amazing people are out there. I believe couch surfing gives some hope and teaches us to trust our own humanity. I want to meet the locals of the places I travel to and to trust them like friends and for them to trust me to be in their company.

Music, Movies, and Books

I like different kinds of music depending on my mood (reggae, blues old school rock, drum n bass etc)- Xavier Rudd, Alt J, Fat Freddy's drop, Rodriguez, Beatles, Freddie Mercury, Queen, Sara Tavaras, Artist Monkeys, Modest Mouse, RHCP, Highlight Tribe, Persian empire, Faithless, Netsky, B complex and a lot more.

Comedy is my favourite genre and I like Biographies

I mainly enjoy reading spiritual and influential books. 'The Monk who sold his Ferrari' is a book that inspired me the most.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Creating a big Elephant:) (not complete yet) I decided to create a surreal elephant life size, from metal. It was a difficult start but once I got into it I really managed to surprise myself with what I can do. If we meet I can show you how far I have come and hopefully I will be finished by then. This has been a 3 month journey so far:)

Teach, Learn, Share

How to have fun with art and creativity.

I can't really host people that often as I am living in one room and bathroom is shared with other people in the house. Hopefully when I have more space in the future I will be able to host more. I could let you sleep in my room if it is not a very long stay. but please don't use this as a hook up site. I'm only here for friendship.:) also I like my space clean so respect that and clean after yourself please.

What I Can Share with Hosts

My skill of cooking Bulgarian dishes and just to have a great time together with sharing each others stories and different experiences:) I believe you can learn something new from every person you meet.
