About Me
CURRENT MISSION
My travels through Central America is coming to an end... womp womp. Currently in Costa Rica. I have an overnight layover in Fort Lauderdale (my first stop back in the States in months!) and would love to be a guest in your home. Truths: I'll be a bit tired, I'm not a picky eater, I'm easily entertained, and I use Oxford commas in my writing.
ABOUT ME
Quit my job to travel Europe, then returned to work. Two years later, quit my job again to travel Central America, so here I am again on my way home. Looks like a pattern. Where should I go next?
PHILOSOPHY
The world is my oyster and I'm going to make the best of my precious time and energy here on this earth. I strive to "work to live" rather than "live to work." I enjoy making connections with the places I visit and the people I meet. I feel mushy gushy talking about it, but it warms my heart.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
My pride and joy is having the opportunity to travel to Cameroon, Africa to work and promote health in rural villages with a group of nurses. We worked with a Cameroonian NGO in providing health aid primarily to orphans affected by HIV/AIDS and locals who lived around our village compound. We traveled to schools to teach about first aid/handwashing, malaria prevention, and HIV/AIDS prevention.
