Présentation
À propos de moi
Hi, I am Jergus. If we ever meet I'll let you guess how it's pronounced! I am an outgoing person who loves travelling, long discussions, and just general fooling around. Sometimes I talk a bit too much about things that interest me, so don't be too polite and stop me! Currently, I am doing a PhD in applied Physics (sustainable energy) at Imperial College London, but I originally come from Slovakia and lived in Japan for a bit.
Pourquoi je suis sur Couchsurfing
I joined this community to meet new amazing people! After all it's always them who make my travels memorable and fun!
Centres d'intérêt
I am a big fan of Japanese culture and Ghibli movies, Totoro was the best IMO!
I love hiking, its not so easy to do in London, but if I have a day off we can always go to Seven Sisters.
I like watching movies but can't do it quietly, I discuss the movie as it plays out.
Theatres! Waiting for Godot is my favourite play.

Une aventure extraordinaire que j'ai vécue
I attended the funeral of a stranger by a pure misunderstanding, smuggled a real sword across the Jordan-Egyptian border, and was recorded eating a ramen (rather unskillfully) for a Japanese TV channel... and many more :P
