About Me

In the past 10 years I’ve traveled a lot and learned a lot about spirituality, realities, dimensions, consciousness, the 4 bodies and much more. I’ve hitchhiked through Europe, lived with monks in China and I’m always eager and curious to talk with, and get to know strangers. As I believe that to grow, you need to interact with strangers and co create, as you can learn something from each and everyone (and anything). As becoming more aware of my interaction with my surroundings, I began to see that my surroundings (beings and not beings) are a great mirror to see if I’m acting out of the SELF or of my Ego.

Besides my spiritual practice I also love to do a lot of sports, among which: calisthenics (body weight workouts), Ido Portal movement, yoga, swimming, running and climbing and surfing when possible. And when I don’t do sports I love to cook healthy food (my friends always love to come over for my delicious creations), read books, walk into nature, socialize and go explore all kind of new things.

My search for knowledge is at a turning point that I want to start going deeper into a combination of Krishna Consciousness (ISKCON) + Vipassana + Patanjali's 8-fold path + (living of Prana in the 2019) and hopefully be ready to start teaching these techniques in 2020. I’m also at the point of starting my consciousness blog/website in the beginning 2019.

Looking always for opportunities to serve

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I like to inspire and get inspired by people. Know what moves them and learn about each others ways of doings. Get new realisations. Love to always have talks with locals. Get to know the non touristy places which are mostly more epic then the touristy ones.

I do couchsurfing on and of through my travels and adventures. With and without the use of this website.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Hitchhiking through Germany and Poland, finding myself sitting in a train for nearly a week in Russia, riding horses in Mongolia, sitting in a 55 hour busride through the dessert of Mongolia without any possibility to sleep, driving a motorbike through Vietnam, Cambodia and Laos for about 5000km, doing 10 days of Noble Silence at a 10-day Vipassana course and many more..

Volunteering experience:
- May - June 2018: Hare Krishna community, in the forest of western Germany in the Saar Hunsruck Natur park; since then chanting nearly daily the Hare Krishna mantra :-) Got blessings from both Swami's who leaded the Kirtan Mela during my stay. Sacinandana Swami and Lokanath Swami. Without me planning it, or even knowing about it, I stayed exactly at the very auspicious month of Purushottam Maas, and left the day after. - It seems like the universe has a plan with me
