I'm a traveler who likes to see the places that aren't in the guidebook... It's always more interesting that way!! I'm stoked to meet new people, hear the things that only the locals know, and overall just have a great time! I think life is all about getting outside your comfort zone, and I think Couchsurfing helps you do that by getting you to meet people you'd never meet otherwise.

Music, Movies, and Books
I like pretty much any music that's not pop country. Some of my favorite movies are Wind River and Skyfall. I have pretty broad taste in books, but I love anything by Pat Conroy, and I'm a big historical fiction fan. If you haven't read Barkskins by Annie Proulx I highly recommend it!
One Amazing Thing I've Done
I've watched the sunrise from the roof of a skyscraper in Bangkok, and then run down 40 flights of stairs when someone noticed I was there!
Teach, Learn, Share
I'm pretty knowledgable about motorcycles (especially old ones) and computers, so I'm happy to talk about either of those if you're interested. I'm down to hear about basically anything you know a lot about or are interested in -- pretty much anything can be interesting if whoever's telling it is passionate about it!
