I am in my forties. A free spirit with a big heart. I lived most of my adult life out West: Sedona, Az, Los Olivos, San Francisco, Alameda and Portola/Quincy California. I did live in St. Thomas for a minute. I have an array of life experiences from working as a stern on a lobster boat to working on the production end of film all while being a professional Deep Tissue Massage Therapist. I am blessed with many beautiful friends and have hosted many a traveler I have crossed paths with. I am a Hospice volunteer. I love people and children. I do have allergies to cats and some dogs though! I am a mother, love to dance and down with life and diversity.

My interests: laughter Yoga, Family Constellation work, Acupressure, Chinese Face Reading, Scaler Wave Technology, Walking, Dancing and 5 Rhythms, Sang in the Glide Choir in San Francisco/Love Gospel, enjoy reading and writing and laughing. I have a love for art and theater and just enjoy any kind of creativity and healing venue.

Music, Movies, and Books

I have no favorite music. I love all music. My favorite movies: Antonia's line, Life is Beautiful, Whiplash, The Lion King, Little Miss Sunshine, Good Will Hunting, Empire of the Sun, Okay! Hangover...Lol..but I think that is more because it brought so much joy to my 89 year old buddies...it was so much fun to watch it with them! On the Waterfront, Finding Nemo, Gone Girl, The Grand Budapest Hotel, Crash, Slumdog Millionaire, Chef...the list goes on. My favorite books: I rarely pleasure read anymore. I am always reading about Constellation work, Acupressure, 5 Element Theory and Chinese Face Reading, articles on culture.

I am happy to read out loud to any one, tell children's stories, massage feet, hands and shoulders while visiting, I am happy to introduce you to constellation work. I am happy to help with cleaning. I am a good listener and empathetic.
