To travel up the West coast with no clear desination or time frame in mind while I write a book.

ABOUT ME

I'm a 30 year old writer living in Los Angeles California. I've worked mostly in film and comic books but have also written a book of poetry. I'm at a point in my life where I'm not sure if I want to continue working in film. In a few weeks I'm going to get in my car with some books, a few notebooks and some pens and drive up the West Coast. I have no clear destination and I don't know how long the trip will last but I feel that it's something I need to do. During the trip I hope to write a book.

PHILOSOPHY

I consider myself a Buddhist though I'm not that hardcore into it. I just try and be compassionate and try to live my life without harming others.

Interests

Huge book nerd and I love writing. I've worked in the film business for 6 years so I'm a bit of a film buff. I'm also very physical and enjoy yoga and going to the gym a few times a weeks.

Music, Movies, and Books

If you need a book recommendation I'm your guy. I read at least a book at week but it often closer to 2. I have a nice little library at my house and my kindle is getting close to full. A lot of it is for work but I read a lot for pleasure as well. I really don't know much about TV and my movie viewing has been slacking.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I taught myself how to memorize the order of a shuffled deck of playing cards. You can shuffle a deck of cards and hand it to me and I can memorize the order in under 4 minutes. Nerdy?

Teach, Learn, Share

When I was in high school and college I was really into martial arts. It was something I got out of when I moved to Hollywood but it is still something I know much about.
I've also written over 30 comic books and 8 screenplays plus a book of poetry.
